Brash and vibrant, Tamar Rubin stakes her claim as a fresh new comedic voice in her debut special, But Sir. Combining a gritty punk sensibility with the polish of a trained actor, Rubins fast-paced style moves effortlessly between thoughts on working menial jobs in your 20s, dating mishaps and how growing up as a theater kid affects later adulthood.
